Run Application from Disc

The AutoRun can run an application from the disc.

To launch a file:
1.     Press the Browse button and select the file to be launched.
2.     Set any desired options for the running of the application.

Description
Parameters
Enter any additional command line parameters to be passed to the application when it is executed.
Maximize window
Select this check box if you want the launched application to open in a window opened to full screen.
Wait for launched program to exit before continuing
Select this check box if you want the AutoRun to wait for the launched application to exit before the AutoRun continues.

Advanced Options
In order to view the advanced options for this action you need to be in Advanced mode. See Working with Modes (Standard/Advanced) for mode information on switching modes.

In order to create a more dynamic AutoRun you can read the application to run from the registry. This could be used to run an application that you install in a previous step from the AutoRun.
1.     Enter the Registry key in the edit box.
2.     Enter the Value name in the edit box.
When the AutoRun executes the filename of the application to run is read from the specified location in the registry.
